Do you have family responsibilities that keep you from joining an evening meditation group?

 

A new meditation opportunity in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh is available

 

Friday mornings at 7:00 am to 8:00 am

at Enterbeing, 1603 N.E. Alberta St.

 

You do not need any prior experience or a commitment to Buddhism. This will be a very simple practice time. We will stretch, sit, walk, and have a little time to share our lives. There is no cost but danna (a small donation) is gratefully accepted and given to Enterbeing to provide the space.

·               Wear comfortable clothing.

·               Bring a cushion or stool for sitting if you like. (Chairs are provided.)

·               Bring a blanket to lay on or wrap up in.
