No, or not yet. The intention is there but not the relationships. I was as guilty of that as the next gal.

Yes. I want to say, "If they're receptive," but we seem to draw receptive types by nature.

I want to say ABSOLUTELY but I wonder if my experience was unique b/c I was in from the formation.

Not sure I follow.

Not overtly. I suspect folks come for comfort and growth without necessary a conscious recognition of the risk.
